We want you to love your hydration journey, but due to the consumable nature of our Sips and cartridges, we can only accept returns on unused hardware and unopened accessories within 30 days of purchase. Please note that individual flavor cartridges are final sale to ensure the highest safety and quality standards for all customers.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is a non-consumable product, such as a bottle or lid, and is in its original, unopened packaging.

  Contact Support

  Email our hydration experts at [email protected] with your order number to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack your items and include the RMA form inside the box to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
